The team at The Fireplace Doctor is committed to excellence, and we bring this to every job we take on. We only use skilled technicians that have gone through the Allstar Chimney Academy.
The ACA is an industry leader in the training of chimney sweeps and has been since 2008. If you need maintenance or repair issues addressed, we will be happy to review them with you and answer any questions you might have. The technicians at The Fireplace Doctor of Birmingham are trained to deal with creosote and animal removal and your dryer vent cleaning and inspections, along with the ability to overhaul and maintain many different types of chimneys and fireplaces. They range from metal, masonry and prefabricated chimneys and fireplaces.
Our technicians will come out and inspect your fireplace or chimney and then prepare a report on the condition of your chimney or fireplace. We then go over with you each and every part of the report with you to determine what services are needed. We then are able to offer on the spot pricing. There is no need for them to return to the office for a review. No job will be started without your approval. To save our customers time, we keep our truck and vans fully stocked. In some cases we are able to offer same day service.
